City before painting and Rulers

Here are a last picture before the painting started of the terrain for our Salute 2015 participation game Stockholm 1392 - "God's Friends and the Whole World's Enemies"...I hope Jan will be able to paint it all untill saturday...no sleep for him...

Jan also persuade me that we realy needed customised rules...so I made a desig that Jan printed and glued to some wood, so if he won´t finish the painting of the terrain you know it was spent on sawing wood for the rules ;) I think they ended up realy nice!

I also managed to get the Medieval Museum here in Stockholm to donate some books in english about medieval Sweden, you can come and have a read at our table on saturday. You be sure to visit the Stockholm Medieval Museum if you ever visit Stockholm, it is well worth a visit...both Stockholm and the Medieval Museum ;)

  1. Terrain looks good and those rulers are a great idea. I think I'll steal that one for next time I do a display game.

I look forward to reading and looing through those books too!

    See you soon,

  11. The table looks absolutely stunning, even unpainted! This is going to be one spectacular display.

Very clever idea with the rulers. If you made a bunch you could use them as give aways for the participants.
