Building a medieval church #3

Some more WIP pictures of my church build, that slowly progress, much due to the time PVA glue have to dry...

now I started with the roof, using the same sticks i use to...

South side of the church

Eastenrn side with the grand window of the church...

No windows as you can see on the north "evil" side of  the church as them you could let the devil inside the building, and that you don´t want...

NO its not a chimney here on the western side, but a bell tower to be...

Roof almost finished, just some trimming and details left...

The work continues  during the weekend...

If i´m correct informet the swedish churches didn´t start to get nothern windos untill the early 18th centery, to get more reading light inside the church so the parish read the text for the psalms and bible. Suppouse they stopped to be affraid for the devil ;)
